Delivery Policy

Thank you for choosing Avenya Clothing. We are committed to delivering your order swiftly and safely across Sri Lanka. Below you’ll find the full details of our delivery process, times, costs, and how you can track your order.

Delivery Service

All orders are shipped through Koombiyo Delivery Service, ensuring reliable and secure delivery across the island. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp, along with a tracking link.

Dispatch Schedule

We process and dispatch orders according to the following schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
    • Orders placed between 12:00 AM – 2:00 PM → Dispatched the same day, between 3:00 PM – 4:00 PM.
    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM → Dispatched the next working day.
  • Saturday
    • Orders placed between 12:00 AM – 11:00 AM → Dispatched the same day, around 1:00 PM.
    • Orders placed after 11:00 AM → Dispatched on Monday.
  • Sunday
    • No dispatch. Orders received on Sunday will be processed and dispatched on Monday.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Colombo Area (Zones 1 – 15): 2 – 3 business days after dispatch.
  • Outstation Areas: 2 – 3 business days after dispatch (maximum 3 days for delivery).

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary slightly during promotional periods, holidays, or due to courier or weather-related delays.

Delivery Charges

  • A standard delivery fee applies to all orders, clearly shown at checkout.
  • Orders qualifying for free delivery promotions will display this automatically at checkout.
  • For size or style exchanges, standard courier charges will apply.
  • Delivery fees are non-refundable once your order has been dispatched.

Communication & Order Updates

We keep our customers informed at every stage. You’ll receive updates via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp about order confirmation, dispatch, or any delays. If you’re unavailable to receive your package, please notify us or Koombiyo Delivery in advance to reschedule the delivery.

Address Changes

If you wish to change your delivery address, please contact us immediately via Email, Call, or WhatsApp. Address changes can only be made before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to Koombiyo Delivery, redirection may not be possible or may incur extra charges.

Ownership & Risk

Ownership and responsibility for the goods pass to the customer upon delivery to the specified address. We recommend inspecting your parcel upon receipt and contacting us immediately if any item appears damaged or incorrect.

Additional Notes

  • Orders placed on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • For remote or rural locations, delivery may take slightly longer.
  • If your tracking details are not updating or if you face any delivery issues, please contact us — we’ll coordinate with Koombiyo Delivery to resolve it promptly.
