Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Final sale & custom are not eligible for return or exchange.
• To ensure timely processing, please make sure all items meet these conditions before sending them back.

Return Policy

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method once we receive and inspect your item.
• Please allow 5 – 7 business days after processing for your refund to appear.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Exchange Policy

• If your item doesn’t fit or you’d prefer another color, we offer easy exchanges for eligible items.

How it works

• Email hello@avenya.lk or WhatsApp ‪+94 74 330 4842 with your order number, item name, and the desired size or color.
• Our team will confirm availability and provide return instructions.
• Once your original item is received and inspected, we’ll ship your new item or issue store credit if your requested size or color is unavailable.
• Customers should cover return shipping for exchanges.

Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you received an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We’ll promptly arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund at no extra cost to you.

Additional Information

• Returns or exchanges that do not meet our conditions may be refused or returned to sender.
• For every return & exchange highly concern the safety and hygiene of products. So make sure being responsible customer as long as with us.
